On September 10, the second symposium in pediatric neurosurgery was held at the Holiday Inn Hotel, organized by Mietke and Med Trader. At the event, Vladimir Tsikarishvili, the head of the Department of Neurosurgery of the Iashvili Clinic, and his colleagues presented modern approaches in pediatric neurosurgery and discussed the practices used in treatment. Professor Ulrich Wilhelm Thomale, head of pediatric neurosurgery at the Eto-Universität Berlin, Charité, was invited to the event, who spoke about the current practice at the Charité hospital. He shared his experience with Georgian colleagues, pediatricians and neurologists.
